• Wow, that must have been quite the ordeal for both the cat and the hooman involved. Could you imagine just walking about your everyday life, only to be confronted by a hit-and-run on a feline? It would bring us to our knees, quite frankly. Thank goodness, this brave woman had the headspace to act fast and get this guy to a vet!

• And the truly sad thing is that had this woman not intervened, there is a good chance that his poor cat child would have been ignored by a majority of passers-by. Which is a harrowing reflection of where we have gotten to as a society, surely we can do better than we are…
